There was no particular photo challenge, or topic this week due to my wife’s surgery (she’s doing well). I still felt the need to keep up with posting photos weekly. So I took 5 shots of some of my action figures. The traditional challenges will continue next week.

Color in B&W
This week’s photography project was the interesting concept of portraying color via black and white photos. Hopefully, the base colors of my subjects are apparent from my photos.
Broken Frames
I still just like the look of food/product shots. Hence the majority of my photo submissions this week. Note that the last photo is of a “Dinner-plate Dahlia”, and the size comparison to my left hand.
Shadows
Still kicking in the photo taking department. This week’s photos dealt with shadows, and the photographing of them.
Falling
Sometimes some of my projects don’t turn out. The photos from this week is one of those times. Oh well.
Midnight Madness
My photographs this week were taken after-hours at a nearby elementary school. I wonder what it would be like to drop off your kids before sunrise…
Be a Ninja
My photos this week ended up being pretty weak in my opinion. Hopefully next week will be more fruitful.
How Sweet It Is
Candy, cats, and a flower. Check out the latest photos here.
Showing Your Age
After 13 weeks, I’m still taking photographs. This week’s topic was on the concept of age, and to take photos of aged subjects.
If you haven’t tried it, the Floating Cat Shrimp Chase is waiting to waste your time.
Solarize
Still more photos this week. This time they were taken with the solarize feature of our digital camera, and most of the shots were taken in downtown Phoenix. And if you missed it last week, The Floating Cat Shrimp Chase is still available.
