The secret of the Grilled Cheese Factory method came from thousands of scientific experiments conducted by one of the Grilled Cheese Factory's founders, Jessica Cole. Hourless nights standing over a hot stove, wishing for an easier and more efficient way of making grilled cheese lead to the creation of this method. We salute Miss Cole for her tireless efforts in pursuing the speedier creation of these crusty treats.
Okay, here is the "Secret Method"-

First, butter 1
side of 1 piece of bread. Make sure to cover the side
entirely with the butter! After you do this, lay it down on
a plate or counter butter-side up. |
Next, butter
another slice of bread. |
Now here is the
important part, lay this piece of bread butter-side
down on top of the first piece, but turn it 45 degrees
so that it doesn't line up with the first piece. |
The last part is
to lay down 2 slices of cheese on the unbuttered side
of the second piece of bread. |
Once done with the Step 4, restart with Step 1 by laying the next piece of bread on top of the first sandwich (on top of the cheese). Then just repeat the four steps above for each sandwich that you want. Once you are done with this you should have a column of uncooked sandwiches that don't line up crust to crust.
